Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Drive via Equator to Lake Mburo National Park for Evening game drive

Set off at 07:00am for Lake Mburo National Park via the equator crossing for photos. Drive through the scenic rural countryside making a stopover for lunch enroute. Arrive in the park in the evening hours,then head out for an evening game drive. With luck some of the big cats like leopard will be seen in addition to other big game like elephants and buffalos.

Accommodation:Rwakobo Rock (Midrange) or Leopard Rest Camp (Budget) .

Day 2: Morning Game drive or optional cycle/walk and drive back to Jinja

After your breakfast,enjoy a morning drive through the park to see zebra, eland and other small mammals and several birds including the saddle billed stork, kingfishers and various sunbirds among others. Thereafter embark on the 6 hour drive to Jinja. Have your lunch break enroute. You will also enjoy the scenic sights of western Uganda as you head back to Jinja.
