Day to Day Itinerary:
Day 1: Drive via Equator to Queen Elizabeth Park for Evening Game Drive
Set off at 06:00am for Queen Elizabeth National Park via the equator crossing for photos. Drive through the scenic rural countryside making a stopover for lunch in Mbarara town. Proceed southwards, eventually starting the descent into the rift valley where panoramic views of the Albertine rift valley await you.
You will arrive in the park for an evening game drive if time permits. With luck some of the big cats like lions will be seen in addition to other big game like elephants and buffalos.
After an action-packed game drive, you will be driven to your lodgefor dinner and the night.
Accommodation: Park View Lodge(Midrange) or UWA lower camp (Budget) .
Day 2: Big Game Safari Viewing & Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel
You will start the day with an early breakfast followed by a morning game drive through the savannah grasslands of the park. On this game drive look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, kobs, warthogs, waterbucks and other small mammals. You will also see the beautiful Rwenzori ranges and the crater lake dotted landscapes of the park on this game drive. Break for lunch at the Mweya Peninsula also known as “the beautiful place”.
In the afternoon, head for a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. Enjoy the beautiful sights along the lake shores teeming with "loser “buffalo herds, hippos and crocodiles as well as numerous birds including pink backed pelicans, plovers, Kingfishers and many other bird species that reside in this avian paradise.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3:Game Drive and drive back to Kampala/Entebbe
After morning breakfast, enjoy a final game drive through the park as you look out for more wildlife. Look out for more elephants and hippopotamus among others. Thereafter, start the journey back to Jinja. Enjoy the beautiful sights of western Uganda as you go through the scenic hilly terrain and crater lakes.
Stop in Mbarara for lunch and then proceed to Kampala with another stop over at the equator for more photo opportunities.
If time permits, a drive to the outskirts of Lake Mburo for zebra viewing will be arranged.
