Trekking through the Volcanoes National Park in far northwest Rwanda is one of the fascinating things you would do. Day to Day Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Ruhengeri – Volcano National Park
Set off for a 3 hour drive from Kigali Airport to Volcanoes National Park where you will stay at your Lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking
Awaken early and set off for gorilla tracking in Volcanoes National Park. Once found spend up to one hour with the gorillas as you observe them eat, play, mate and groom in their natural habitat. Afterwards, return to your lodge for dinner and the night’s stay.

Day 3: Return to Kigali & Airport drop off
Return to Kigali where if time permits, you will go for a short visit to the genocide memorial, the museum and craft centre. Thereafter, your guide will drive you to the airport for your return flight.
