Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Drive via Equator to Queen Elizabeth Park for Evening Game Drive

Set off at 07:00am for Queen Elizabeth National Park via the equator crossing for photos. Drive through the scenic rural countryside making a stopover for lunch in Mbarara town. Proceed southwards, eventually starting the descent into the rift valley where panoramic views of the Albertine rift valley await you.

You will arrive in the park for an evening game drive if time permits. With luck some of the big cats like lions will be seen in addition to other big game like elephants and buffalos.

After an action-packed game drive you will be driven to your lodge for the night.

Day 2: Big Game Safari Viewing & Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel

You will start the day with an early breakfast followed by a morning game drive through the savannah grasslands of the park. On this game drive look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, kobs, warthogs, waterbucks and other small mammals. You will also see the beautiful Rwenzori ranges and the crater lake dotted landscapes of the park on this game drive. Break for lunch at the Mweya Peninsula also known as “the beautiful place”.

In the afternoon, head for a boat cruise along the Kazinga channel. Enjoy the beautiful sights along the lake shores teeming with "loser “buffalo herds, hippos and crocodiles as well as numerous birds including pink backed pelicans, plovers, Kingfishers and many other bird species that reside in this avian paradise.

Return early to the lodge/guesthouse to spend the night.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Arise early for breakfast and head out of the park heading south to the exquisite Lake Bunyonyi. You will arrive in time for your lunch and afterwards spend the rest of the day at your leisure at the lodge.

Enjoy dinner at the lakeside as you unwind by the lake shores at the lodge.

Day 4: Lake Bunyonyi

Awaken at leisure for your breakfast, thereafter spend some time relaxing by the top of the hill having scenic views of the lake. If the weather permits enjoy a canoe boat ride on the lake as you tour rest of the islands. Other optional activities include hikes, zip lining and swimming in the lake.

Day 5: Drive to Lake Mburo National Park Night Game drive

Set off after your breakfast for Lake Mburo National Park. Drive through the scenic rural countryside making a stopover for lunch on route.

Arrive in the park,rest abit thereafter start your evening game drive. With luck some of the big cats like leopard will be seen in addition to other big game like buffalo. Return at the lodgefor the nights’ stay.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive or optional biking Safari + relaxation

After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy another game drive as you ride through the park to see zebra, buffalo, giraffes, elands and other mammals.

Day 7: Drive back to Kampala/Jinja or Entebbe

Start the journey back to Jinja/Kampala or even Entebbe. Enjoy the beautiful sights of western Uganda as you go through the scenic hilly terrain. Arrive in town in the evening hours.
